If you are a representative of a company involved in the production, distribution or promotion of Japanese anime and manga and are interested in attending the convention, please read further for details Please contact the Industry Liaison regarding passes. Please include the following information in your request:
Passes will be limited to two (2) per company except for sponsors, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis. (NOTE: If you are involved in the industry as a freelance artist, translator or similar role, please do not contact us directly; we will not grant individual industry passes to the con. You must first contact one of the companies you work for and see if they will submit a request on your behalf.) If you would like to have a booth in the Dealers' Room, please contact the Dealers' Room chair. (NOTE: If you are a Dealer who is interested in bringing a guest to the convention, please contact the Industry Liaison) If you are interested in advertising in our program book or otherwise supporting the convention without attending, please review our Sponsorship page and contact our Sponsorship Chair.
